The empty east side has some architectural jewels and it has more places moving out than moving in and its anchor is the a Tshirt place (a good one at that). I know I know, its in a normal "transition" but does a healthy transition mean storefronts empty for up to 5 years? Someone start a writein campaign to get the Clara Barton museum people to commit to open by 2020!!1 And, if we dont get a committment from anyone for the grocery space in 1 year, break the space up into 2 10,000 sq ft spaces so they can be more readily leased.
