Something is off with whoever is marketing the other side (east side) of 7th.....the side with all the restuarants (West side) is nondecript 80s or 90s architecture. The empty east side has some architectural jewels and it has more places moving out than moving in and its anchor is the a Tshirt place (a good one at that).

I know I know, its in a normal "transition" but does a healthy transition mean storefronts empty for up to 5 years?

Someone start a writein campaign to get the Clara Barton museum people to commit to open by 2020!!1 And, if we dont get a committment from anyone for the grocery space in 1 year, break the space up into 2 10,000 sq ft spaces so they can be more readily leased.

Hopefully Douglas will come through with more of his big-name retail deals across the street (assuming a grocery store isn't an option at this point).

That side of 7th between D and E is going to be quite the restaurant row with Hill Country, Wagawama, SEI and Jaleo. Now its time to populate the other side of the street.
