I just need to walk two blocks down 6th & Penn to work, but if I can't leave my building til 7, will there be tons of crowds already in front of me, having lined up at 5? Or are they holding them all outside the security zone? That's why I'm so confused. Why are we in lockdown if tons of non-residents will be crowding up behind the security checkpoints?
