Good drinks, cool vibe, not crowded at all. I guess someone's iPod was plugged into the stereo system because they played Motown all evening long. I think there has been very little movement over at the construction site. I think it would be great if a Whole Foods opened up at 9th & F in one of those new buildings they are constructing. The wine and truffle fries (a bit soggy and flavorless, sorry to report) are indeed the best deal. The courtyard is almost entirely shaded by the building around it during happy hour time, so this place is perfect for outdoor happy hour on a hot afternoon.
