People who retire and move into urban areas are very active, culturally sophisticated and have a good amount of disposable income. They also tend to be tolerant (take notice #1), involved (ahem, #1) and fun (which #1 probably wants to be, but methinks his/her acquaintances find him/her not to be). Welcome retired people! We don't plan on selling our condo, and I really look forward to retiring to this neighborhood in about 2040.
