I had my doubts about that spy diner cart when I first saw it parked behind the museum on 8th st. I was thinking it would just be another hot dog cart. But this morning I saw what appeared to be bagels and donuts in the cart with coffee and other morning beverages available. If that's the case from now on, I'd say it is a grea addition to the hood.
