(I love Zaytinya but something slightly different would be a good addition. I also wish we had a good place for Middle Eastern _takeout_....which would probably not be ideal for the D'Acqua space but could go in one of the empty 7th Street spaces.) At such low turn outs they could pay the same rent I pay for my apartment here and still be losing money.
