RSS FeedIt Won’t Be Long Now
Workers have been putting the finishing touches on the Penn Quarter Shake Shack (800 F ST NW) for the last few weeks and today they look pretty darn close to opening. While we couldn’t get a firm date from the workers, both the interior and exterior look just about ready to go.
Sure it was just a few months ago we were extolling the virtues of the Ollie Burger, but that doesn’t quell our excitement to have Shake Shake open up their PQ location. Both because we love a good burger (and more burger options), but also because we love a vibrant Penn Quarter.

It might be better off to wait until the fall. Until then, let’s be serious, it will be full of throngs of tourists and screaming kids. Yikes.
