I ordered tickets to one of their Lincoln events in March. I have not received the tickets by mail. Has anyone received tickets?

Yes, more comfortable seats are part of the Ford's upgrade. Unfortunately, the new seats take up MUCH more space so the seating capacity of the theater has been reduced also.

Complain as you may, the previous seats were much wider than the seats back in 1865. In fact, back then the chairs were not even attached to the floor. Up in the family circle (now the lighting level) the seats were bleacher style. Cram more people in and make more money!
