DDOT Associate Director of Transportation Operations & Safety and Project Manager for Park DC: Penn Quarter/Chinatown Pilot ProjectDDOT is now ready to initiate this Federally-funded study to see if by raising or lowering parking prices and by being able to direct drivers to available parking spaces, they can reduce traffic congestion in the test area bounded by 11th, 3rd, H, and E Streets NW. We will find out more about the implementation plan and how drivers will know where parking spaces are available. Be prepared to tell DDOT how metered parking in the study area impacts your business and if a resident, how it affects your quality of life.
