Breakfast Meeting (May 21st)
Please join us on May 21 for our next Pennsylvania Quarter Neighborhood Association breakfast meeting at The Caucus Room, located at the NE corner of D and 9th streets, NW.
The Caucus Room will serve a continental breakfast between 8:30 and 9:00. Announcements will begin at 9:00 and will be followed by Lisa Wiersma’s presentation of the City Vista residential and retail development at 5th and K streets, just north of Penn Quarter in the Mount Vernon Triangle. Lisa is Development Manager and Assistant Vice President for Lowe Enterprises, the developer, and is intimately involved with the entire development, including the residential and retail mix.

Evening Reception at Penn Quarter Sports Tavern (May 28th)
The Penn Quarter Sports Tavern at 639 Indiana Avenue, NW has invited us to sample appetizers and complimentary drink specials at a Penn Quarter happy hour on Wednesday evening, May 28, from 5:00 to 7:30pm. Archives-Navy Mem’l-Penn Quarter is the closest Metro station and just steps away.

Did anyone go to the PQNA meeting today? I couldn’t make it as I had to be at work by 9, but am curious what information was presented by the representative from City Vista (since we’ll be moving there late summer/early fall!). Thanks.
