Short List Selected For 5th And Eye Lot
On Friday, April 25, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (ODMPED) selected four development teams for the 5th & Eye lot’s short list as follows:
The four teams will present their proposals to the community in a public meeting on Thursday, May 1st at 6:30 p.m. at the Carnegie Library at Mt. Vernon Square; we look forward to seeing the great concepts for this emerging area.

I read some details about the Peebles bid awhile back, but it seems it wasn’t one of the 4 finalists.

Do we know what the short list developers are proposing for the site or will that only be revealed at the May 1 meeting? I’m particularly interested in this lot as we’ll be moving to City Vista this summer and whatever is on this site will be our neighbor…
