Shakespeare Theatre Kicks Off Young Patrons Program Tonight
The Shakespeare Theatre is calling it 20/10, 20 pairs of tickets for $10 to patrons 35 and younger released every week on Tuesday at 10 am and it’s in the newly opened Harman Hall on F Street.
For tonight’s 7:30 pm performance of Tamburlaine (by Christopher Marlowe) at the Harman Hall, all the tickets are $10 for the 35 and under crowd. There will be drink specials, door prizes and an after party with a DJ (somewhat like the Hirshhorn Museum’s After Hours events). Details for the event can be found here.
Tamburlaine, a Christopher Marlowe play, runs until January 6, 2008.

Good questions, Kimberly! I’m in Communications for STC. The tickets released on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. are for performances that Tuesday through Sunday (so this week’s are for Nov. 6 through Nov. 11). The seats are scattered throughout the theatre. In addition to buying them in person at the Harman Hall Box Office, you can also buy them via phone at 202.547.1122. A valid ID is required to pick up the tickets. Hope that helps! Thanks for the post!
So did anyone make it out to this last night? I wanted to, but ended up leaving work too late! How was it?
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
Is the regular offer for day-of sales only? Or can you buy the tickets at 10 am on Tuesday for any upcoming show?
And how are the seats for the regular offering?
Thanks for the info. I had seen stuff about this but never got it clear as to how the program works.
