We’re always amused and entertained when retailers take a tailored approach to reaching customers walking around downtown DC and Penn Quarter. The king of guerilla advertising is Zipcar who put a couch and pitched a tent on both sides of 7th Street NW. Not as effective but still fun are sandwich boards such as this one with a joke applied in chalk in front of Luke’s Lobster in the 600 block of E Street NW.
