Bill Alsup or Michael Allen, HinesWe are very fortunate that developers of new office buildings and a hotel will present their projects now under construction at CityCenterDC and on Massachusetts Avenue and I Street between 6th and 7th streets. The Hilton Conrad Hotel at 11th Street and New York Avenue will include 70,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and the office building on Massachusetts Avenue and I Street will have 20,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.

Following the meeting, there will be a guided tour of the completely refurbished Monaco Hotel, including meeting and guest rooms, for those who are interestedRSVP via email by noon Monday, March 21 to Jo-Ann@PennQuarter.org
