By e-mail we were notified of the May Penn Quarter Neighborhood Association breakfast meeting. It will be on Wednesday, May 11 at Asia Nine (915 E St NW).
This meeting will be on the potential for redeveloping the FBI building site on Pennsylvania Ave NW. The NCPC held a public meeting on April 26 offering the following presentation [PDF].

Diane Sullivan, Senior Urban Planner, NCPCIn anticipation of the redevelopment of the FBI Building site, the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) will be preparing guidelines that the developer must adhere to in his/her proposal for developing the site. We will hear about what the Square Guidelines will likely address and how specific they should or could be. Think about what you would like to see in the Square Guidelines, as NCPC is seeking public input on what they should include and how specific they should be.
