Ashton Judiciary Square Gets A Face (750 3rd St NW)
We’ve been watching 750 3rd Street NW as Ashton Judiciary Square for over a year and construction on The Hanover Company rental apartment project appears to be on the glidepath for landing. A quick stroll by the site shows that the floor-to-ceiling glass has been installed in almost all the apartments and the construction site sign points visitors to a dedicated website with a ‘Contact Us’ form. A Spring 2009 opening date isĀ indicated. It looks like we’re going to have more residents downtown soon and *that* we really like.

I will be SO happy when they’re done with the outdoor construction! The workers are nice, but like all construction, it’s loud if you happen to live next door.
keithdcil: that’s so cute that the owner expects to get $10K/month. I look forward to touring the building and hearing them explain why.
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

We went on a construction tour of this project with the Building Museum. Very high end units with hotel like services. The building owner expects few of the units to rent as high as $10K per month.
