With the Verizon Center schedule in its usual summer drought, we already take greater notice when an event is actually happening at the entertainment complex. However, we’ve never experienced lines of fans up and down 7th street waiting to get into the Verizon Center. The Jonas Brothers’ show certainly packed the streets as well as the parking garages last night.

The Obama daughters and the first lady were in attendance. It took much longer for everyone to enter Verizon due to Secret Service searching everyone.
yeah the Obamas were there but nobody was searched. checking bags is mandatory at the entrance. there was a huge line because it was the JONAS BROTHERS and it was completely sold out. 
Yep “Mr T in DC’ by the time you have a kid the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus will gone but there will be some thing or someone else just as lame that all the kids will like. Its a rite of passage
I made the mistake of parking earlier in the day at the deck right across from the Verizon Center. Wow….I’ve never seen so many 7 year olds short shorts and tube tops. Moms, forget buying $$$$ tickets for your pre-teens and spend a little more time making sure they’re dressed appropriately.

Lame. I hope by the time I have a kid, the cheesy Jonas Brothers as well as Miley Cyrus are long forgotten!
