Penn Quarter – The former YWCA building that is slated for demo and redevelopment changes hands to a new real estate partnership. [Washington Business Journal]

Penn Quarter – Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House is announced as being in the final stages of lease negotiation for 17,000 square feet of space at CityCenter. We know that the deal isn’t done until the deal is done but we do know that Del Frisco’s will be present at 1201 Pennsylvania Ave NW as they announced the opening date of July 14 in the old Les Halles space opposite the Old Post Office.
