We spotted a new window banner for HipCityVeg in the heart of the 7th Street strip at 712 7th St NW (between G and H). This is the first HipCityVeg, a fast casual vegan restaurant, outside Philadelphia and per the signage plans to open in the Spring of 2016. According to the store’s vegan philosophy:
HipCityVeg® meets a need that exists almost everywhere for high quality food that is fresh and fast. Our food is 100% plant based. It tastes better and is more satisfying.
