Update- Jemal got probation. I think people should probably read Judge Urbino’s thoughtful decision before rushng to judgement. Sounds like some government attorney’s won’t be getting notches on their belts. And Jemal is lucky he does not need a steady paycheck like the families of the subcontractors he abuses.
