DC Dept. of Transportation – Project ManagerDarren will bring us up to date on DDOT’s study to identify a north-south protected bike lane route connecting Shaw and the Howard University area to Penn Quarter. After reviewing the process, describing some initial design alternatives, and reviewing the next steps in the study, Darren will answer questions and seek our recommendations.
