RSS FeedWaffle Shop Development Plans On Hold
The DCMud blog (which tracks real estate development throughout the DC metro area) had an interesting post recently about Doug Jemal’s planned development at the Waffle Shop site, and surrounding buildings (10th St NW between E and F St). The key points:
- Public hearing is rescheduled for January 24, 2008
- “L” shaped development will have 91,000 sf of office space and more than 6,000 sf of ground floor retail
