Albert Einstein Shows Up At Madame Tussauds (10th and F St NW)
We hadn’t heard from Madame Tussauds (1001 F St NW) in a while but they did check in recently to let us know that Albert Einstein showed up yesterday at the iconic wax museum. The museum is one of the longer running businesses in Penn Quarter since the wave of redevelopment took over downtown as it’s been in operation since October of 2007 when Abe Lincoln flew in to open up the venue.
Wax figures of all 44 U.S. Presidents can be found at the museum in our downtown neighborhood as well as the well known George Clooney figure. We don’t think staff will need to wipe as much lipstick off Einstein as Clooney though.
