Crime Maps Available On DC Government Site
The DC Government now has crime maps online based on its DC Atlas online maps that provide a wide variety of map based city information. You can define crime search criteria by location, search radius and date range. Check it out here.

Of course, it only works with Microsoft IE — not Firefox, Mozilla or other popular browsers, let alone Mac support.

I tried it in Safari on my Mac and it seemed to work… And how convenient that I live at one of their 3 examples so I don’t have to type anything
The new crime map seems to be working fine on my Intel-based MacBookPro with Safari or Firefox. You might need to upgrade to the newest versions if you have not already done so.

I’ve checked the maps for the Gallery Place-metro Center area, and am proud to report there have no instances of regicide…
