Walking home from work, PQResident couldn’t help but stop by the Cowgirl Creamery store to check out the wares. A delightful, wood floored interior welcomes customers with a wonderful scent of equally delightful cheeses. Cheese tasting stations can be found both in the rear and the front of the store and the staff were friendly and helpful. PQ Resident went with a small wheel of Mount Tam cheese and a link of Fra’ Mani salametto. A ten minute walk home and dinner was served along with a tasty Sam Adams Boston Lager and the NBA Finals. For Team USA’s Saturday 3 pm World Cup match against Italy, PQResident might have to break out the Villa Antinori Toscana…go USA!
