Crib of the Week
Our CotW this week is fantastic again. It’s a penthouse unit (again) in The Pennsylvania (601 Pennsylvania Ave NW) listed at $625K sporting 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, and a balcony with views to die for. The condo fee is $593 per month. We can write all we want but we’ll let the photos in the virtual tour (last link) do the talking (again). Love it.
