Work is progressing on the collection of buildings on the NE corner of 7th & H St NW. The facade of the corner building received a paint job, ironically in the color of brick red (1st photo), but the neighboring building on 7th St is still hollowed out (2nd photo). Douglas Development’s website has some renderings of the project.
