Homicide In Chinatown – Suspect Wanted (400 Block of H St NW)
A Chinatown resident was killed on Saturday, February 3 inside an apartment building in the 400 block of H Street NW. All the major news outlets covered the story but what brought it to our attention is a tweet from the the DC Homicide Info Twitter account which can be found @DCHomicideCount.
The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in locating Jose Luzunaris aka “Panama”. Luzunaris, pictured below, is currently wanted on a DC Superior Court arrest warrant for Second Degree Murder While Armed in the fatal stabbing of Mr. Gregory Monroe. He is described as a 52-year-old black male, 5’5” tall, 140 pounds, with a medium complexion. Luzunaris should be considered armed and dangerous.
