Representatives from the PFFC (People for Fairness Coalition) Downtown DC Public Restroom Initiative will present the options listed in legislation before the DC Council for a public restroom initiative at the October Penn Quarter Neighborhood Association breakfast meeting which will take place on Tuesday, October 30 at the Theatre Lab inside the Calvary Baptist Church.
