One Of These Things Is Not Like The Others

Posted by Columbo
September 23, 2008

The Washington Monument.  The United States Capitol.  The National Gallery of Art.  The Carousel on the National Mall? Posted by pqresident

Then you’ve come to the right part of town as four Penn Quarter restaurants garnered the Best of Award of Excellence in Wine Spectator’s 2008 Dining Guide. 5th and Eye Developer Donohoe Selection Roundup

Posted by pqresident
September 20, 2008

Yesterday, Mayor Fenty declared the Donohoe Development Company the winner of the bidding process to develop the 5th and Eye parcel across the street from the condo building, 555 Mass, in the Mount Vernon Triangle. We sure did and a recent story in the WaBiz Journal revealed it to be a $124 million dollar tech company acquisition by none other than [...]

Posted by Columbo
September 16, 2008

We won’t mind at all if Frank From Virginia can also give us the answer to this restaurant mystery. Walking by the old Red Sage spot at 14th & F recently we noticed that while it looks like work is going on inside, there are no work permits posted on the outside (at least none [...]
