Drybar is coming to Penn Quarter at 1006 E St NW. Yes, it’s true…you will be able to get a blow out in our own neighborhood without trekking over to Georgetown or Dupont. It’s opening this summer according to the signage in the former Independence Savings Bank location between 10th and 11th St NW.
