Pop Up?

One of the current food trends is the pop-up restaurant, a limited time only taste of an established or up and coming chef.

Here are just a few on my foodie radar:

Through September: Garden Café Catalonia by Jose Andres at the National Gallery of Art (4th and Constitution Avenue NW)
June 12-14: Pop Up Paladar at Cuba Libre (801 9th Street NW) with Chef Alain (Doctor Café in Havana, Cuba)
June 9: Living Social has been hosting lots of pop up restaurants and foodie feasts at their 918 F Street NW location, including this one.
