RSS FeedWorld Market Foods Now Available Inside Bed Bath & Beyond
We mentioned just over one month ago that Bed Bath & Beyond would be bringing the World Market food and drink line up to the Gallery Place store (709 7th St NW). That promise has been kept and a full array of delicious items are now available. The World Market food area is immediately to the right and behind the escalators as you descend into the store from 7th Street.
We saw all sorts of deliciousness including jams, jellies, sauces, sodas, waters, cookies, crackers, pastas, pasta sauces, other sauces, spices (bulk and bottled), chocolates, and numerous other items. Note that wine and beer are not available for sale as the store does not have a license to sell alcohol.
This store opened in February of 2006 (and we were there to cover it!) and while we can’t do all our food shopping here, BB & B will now be a handy walking distance addition for filling in the food basket with items not available at Walgreens or CVS.
