Beef ‘n Bread (750 6th St NW) is now open at the corner of 6th and H St NW offering fresh meat oriented sandwiches (read: roast beef, corned beef, and turkey) in Chinatown/Penn Quarter. The management behind Wiseguys Pizza (corner of 4th and H St NW) are behind this venture. Before Beef ‘n Bread, this location was a pizza counter for a brief time and a kung fu video store for a long time.
Thanks to @eat_dc for snapping menu photos which also indicate the hours and that they are open for breakfast. Our favorite part of the menu is the title about the opening times…”HOURS/ or UNTIL RUN OUT.”
