I read your blog daily. Thanks so much for your commitment to the neighborhood. As a 400 Mass resident, we stradle the border between “Penn Quarter” and “Mt. Vernon Triangle. We are part of both areas of the community and certainly benefit from all the good things happening in the Triangle and the Quarter.
