Sunday WaPo Sneak Peak – Commodious Commodes
It must be hard to find something to write about when we’re forced to point you to a story in tomorrow’s WaPo reviewing restaurant bathrooms. These are no ordinary bathrooms, however, and of the seven reviewed, four are in restaurants in the PQ (Zaytinya, Zola, Zengo and Indebleu). The architect of these commodious commodes does make a good point when she revels in the fact that the water closet is a way to extend the restaurant’s environment into private quarters. As far as design goes, this blogger still likes the Mie ‘n Yiu loos the best even though they’re in Georgetown. You’ll have to check them all out for yourself to form your own opinion.

Each of these bathrooms was very nice to look at in the Post, but in real life, they are ALL badly maintained. Perhaps the Post should have checked on that.
