No Sidecars Or Mint Juleps On The Patio This Summer

Last year the Round Robin Bar in the Willard had outdoor seating on Penn Ave, at the corner of 14th ST. Weather permitting, cocktail tables were set up in the general area of this photo.

Hotel employees have informed us that there will no longer be outside seating for the Round Robin Bar. Of course lots of seating has been added with the addition of Cafe du Park. But the Cafe does not serve the ever delicious Round Robin favorites.

Any idea why they stopped serving drinks outside on the patio?

Anon; unfortunately no one at the Williard could tell me why this was so, but I never spoke to any management.

Cafe du Parc is rather good though and reasonable. Id check it out
