From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, MetroPerforms! offers its first Gallery Place station performance featuring Darryl Brooks on vocals and Allen Holmes on guitar. I wonder if the Chinese violin player or the dreadlock guy with the reverb guitar will feel badly that someone is playing on their turf (they both can be seen “on tour” at Farragut North).

I’m guessing 7th & F or 9th & G. Metro said that they wouldn’t set up performances next to residential buildings.
For the performance at Dupont, they set up way behind the north entrance along side the PNC bank building. So, I’m thinking they might even set up on the wide sidewalk in front of the American Art Smithsonian museum.
