This unit is listed on MLS as DC7312221 with a current list price of $619,900 and 1150 square feet in size. We checked this condo out and what makes it Cribworthy? A few unique elements. It’s in the condo building with the least number of units downtown, it features circular stairways among the three levels and a dedicated 600 square foot roofdeck (the back half of the building’s roof). If you need parking, it’s available for rent monthly in Gallery Place across the street. It’s definitely not a cookie cutter condo and oh what a deck it has!

I wouldn’t be able to enjoy that lovely deck due to 850 units across the street staring directly at me. I can’t imagine the noise from the Verizon center either.
Great party pad, I guess. It’s just not my idea of awesome.
I know the owner that is selling it, and have been in the condo a few times. It really is a cool place.
Off topic, but according to the Downtown BID, a new boutique named Lou Lou is opening this month next to Peruvian Connection.
