Downtown – The Downtown BID newsletter is always chock full of goodies so we’ll highlight these two from June’s issue: a) The Peruvian Connection will get a boutique neighbor called Lou Lou (jewelry, handbags and accessories); and b) Cuba Libre Restaurant’s opening is now looking like September 2010.
