NPR should be there for a few years until their new place is built. its on the market and they plan to lease back.
Hey PQ residents!!! Let’s work on getting specialty food into one of your vacant spaces. You really, really do have a grocery store arriving. We folks in the Triangle are always walking all over PQ to shop (BBBeyond, Farmers Market, Cowgirl Creamery). The distance is not a big deal. It is not that far. And you are pedestrians. I agree with our ANC Commissioner — we have other battles to fight right now.

Will they be talking about what they might be doing with the now defunct NPR building?
