Hi:
I said that we expect to open within the next 10 days or so. We have completed all major construction and are training staff and securing final inspections and licenses. We have already contracted a large number of private events- holiday parties, meetings, exhibits and social events and have also developed a number of self-produced programs we will roll out over the next several weeks. We continue to work to expand our private event bookings- so if anyone needs first-class assembly or convening space, please see our website, http://www.dcmusuem.com.
Museum also hosted the Mather Studios Homeowners Association meeting on Thursday night. All who attended seemed impressed with the improvements and restoration work that has been completed- especially the extensive soundproofing that has eliminated sound transmission to the alley and street.
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
Could someone who was able to attend tell us what Giles Bleeker from Museum had to say?
