Another new restaurant is set to open in the neighborhood. Last night, we noticed new signage in the old Finemondo space. A quick internet search revealed that Noelia (1319 F St., NW) will be opening this Saturday. First time restaurateur, Kaiser Gill, has hired former Sette Osteria and Cafe Milano chef, Carmen Piazza, as the executive chef. A menu of “modern, Italian comfort food” and a late-night lounge and dancing space are planned.
