Then maybe you should audition for MetroPerforms! Be among the first to audition next week to perform live at Metrorail stations. The DC Arts Commission auditions will be held on Thursday, May 10th (5 to 8 pm) and Saturday, May 12th (9 am to 6 pm) at the Metro headquarters (600 5th ST NW). Auditions are first-come, first-served.

Before anyone asks about what entrances performers will be placed, I have an email from the manager of this program stating: “We will not approve performances at Metro station entrances that abut residential properties.”
