Some said he’d do it. Some said he wouldn’t. I don’t know if Vegas was taking odds but I was going with he’d get out of the limo and walk Pennsylvania Avenue NW. And he did. Twice. He didn’t wait until after the turn onto 15th Street. He got out right in front of Market Square at 8th Street NW, paired up with his wife and strolled in a poised and confident manner past an adoring crowd that sensed something was afoot the second the Presidential limo stopped and the door opened.
