Lessons learned for all downtown developers:
-Make sure you pay a lot of old people’s rent, help buy their groceries, etc. So when the indictment comes, you can parade them before the grand jury to tell them what a swell guy you are. Works for drug dealers, too!

and that’s why i haven’t said much about jemal or his style. should it be done differently? yes. jemal should have stayed with what he does best: downtown development. it’s when the addison road car lot happened that the stuff hit the fan. too bad, dude does more good than bad.
