There’s Something In The Air
And we’re not talking about the fumes from the portable toilets. No matter what your political leanings are, if you’ve been out in PQ this weekend you know that the excitement is palpable. The crowds are starting to arrive, media trucks are everywhere, and seemingly every empty store front is now an Obama souvenir store. Inauguration 2009 Coverage
Penn Quarter Living will be covering the weekend’s inaugural events but we also want to promote the spirit of “Yes, we can!” As the bus ad proclaims, that means that “Yes, you can” too. Neighbors and readers can send in photos and anecdotes of the weekend’s events to pqliving [at] gmail [dot] com and we’ll do our best to cement them together in a sensible way and post them for all to enjoy. Indicate if you wish to have a name be credited when you send in a submission and remember that the PQ Living comment policy will apply.
