Polls Show Clinton Will Win!
Or maybe Obama. Or possibly McCain. This according to Political Americana, the somewhat cheesy tourist shop at 1331 Pennsylvania Ave NW, which has been tracking presidential races for a number of election cycles. Anytime someone buys a campaign button in their store, the purchase is tracked and the results displayed on a computer outside. There is also a ticker below the computer with constant updates.

Too bad you missed a great presidential election event last week in our own backyard. Hillary Clinton had a fun event last week on the site of the old Convention Center, with some great music (Babyface Edmunds) and fun food (hot dogs, ice cream)… It’s rare for a politician to actually have such a public campaign event in DC – yes, it was a fundraiser, but it was for the masses. I am not necessarily a Hillary supporter, but I love campaigns!
As to your post – Maybe a lot of people who came into town for the event bought Hillary buttons, so the numbers are skewed?
