Oya has a prix fixe menu before 7:00, but that may be time-limited (like a winter special or something). Cafe Atlantico’s is a limited selection off the regular menu, and it is AMAZING.
The Oya pix fixe has been there at least since since the fall ’06 restaurant week. I suspect it’s permanent.
