Weschler’s (909 E St NW) has turned over their window display to a local designer and we love the look. We assume this is a continuation of their annual “Designer’s Best Bids” series, where each week a designer creates a display made up of goods to be auctioned off. We don’t make it to many of these weekly Metro auctions, but that map has us thinking maybe we’ll place an absentee bid and see what happens.

Yes, the window design is a continuation of Weschler’s “Designer’s Best Bids”. This is the 4th or 5th year Weschler’s has invited Karen Luria Interior Identity Inc to participate. It’s always interesting to “explore” and create from whatever is available on the auction floor. Thanks so much for your posting of this information and photo.
